Selling a Rural Property with Jennifer

When listing a rural property, it’s essential that buyers can explore the entire property regardless of the season. To make this possible, I use a year-round side-by-side vehicle, allowing potential buyers to see every corner of your land—even if there’s three feet of snow! With tracks on my side-by-side, no terrain is off-limits.

Having lived in rural areas myself for many years, I’m familiar with wells, septic systems, off-grid living, fencing, barns, electric waterers, standpipes, irrigation systems, pumps, wheel lines, pivots, and water licenses. I understand the true value of rural living and make it a point to showcase it effectively to buyers.

As someone who values lending a helping hand, I take a hands-on approach when preparing your home and property for sale. I have various trailers available to help declutter both inside and outside your home, and many times I’ve personally jumped in to help load items for my clients. Whether you need assistance moving a lot of belongings or just a trailer to haul items to the dump, I can drop off my trailer, pick it up when it’s loaded, and personally take it to the dump for you.

Moving day can be overwhelming. Whether you hire movers or do it yourself, by the end of the day most sellers are exhausted. This is where I step in—I’ll ensure your home is professionally cleaned so you don’t have to worry about it while getting settled in your new place. My goal is to let you focus on your move while I make sure your home is spotless and ready for the buyers.
