Thinking of Selling?
You’ve taken the first step toward selling your home by seeking the right information. Thank you for taking the time to review this information package—it’s designed to guide you through what to expect and how to prepare for a successful sale.
My goal, should you choose me to represent you, is to provide a high level of service and support throughout the entire selling process. With clear communication, transparency, professionalism, and experience, I am committed to marketing your property effectively and positioning it to achieve fair market value.
Time
Time, communication, and pricing are three of the most important factors in a successful sale.
Selling a property can be stressful, which is why giving yourself adequate time to prepare is essential. When you allow time for planning, you gain clarity on what to expect throughout the selling journey and are better positioned to make informed, confident decisions.
Clear and consistent communication is critical in any real estate transaction. I ensure my clients are kept informed and involved at every stage of the process. Understanding current market conditions and how pricing is performing at the time you sell allows you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
One of the most important steps in the selling process is pricing your property correctly. Pricing too high can deter buyers and lead to extended time on the market, while pricing too low may result in leaving money on the table. My goal is to help you find the right price—one that reflects market value and positions your property for the strongest possible outcome.
First Impressions Matter

Take time to view your home from a buyer’s perspective, both inside and out. Removing clutter allows buyers to see the space clearly and envision themselves and their belongings in the home.
Small details can make a big difference, clean light switches, secure doorknobs, properly functioning doors, complete hardware, and fresh paint all contribute to a positive impression and buyer confidence.
A well-presented, clean home is one of the most important steps in the selling process. The time and effort you invest in preparing your property will pay off and can significantly impact how buyers perceive its value.
Give Buyers the Space They Need

Buyers feel more comfortable exploring a home when the seller is not present. To give your property the best chance of selling, it’s ideal to allow them the time and privacy to look around freely.
Be as flexible as possible with showings and keep your home tidy and ready at all times. A clean, well-presented home is more inviting and allows buyers to focus on the space rather than distractions. Avoid strong or overpowering scents, opt for subtle, pleasant aromas instead.
Understanding Offers and Negotiation
When an offer is received, expect some back-and-forth until a mutually agreeable middle ground is reached. Counteroffers are a normal part of the process, and things can move quickly at this stage. I’ll be here to guide you through every step.
Remember, price isn’t the only element to negotiate. You can also discuss conditions, timelines, closing dates, and items included with the property to ensure the terms work in your favor.
